Part of our panoply are seed investments into startups, advice on M&A activities and helping investors to devest/sell/exit their shares.

What we are looking for:

• Ongoing or recently completed studies of business, economics or similar preferably with Specialization in Finance, M&A or Entrepreneurship
• Above-average course credits, extra-curricular involvement appreciated
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent English language skills
• IT affinity, outstanding skills in MS Office applications (xls, ppt and word) and knowledge in web tools (wordpress)
• Goal-oriented, dedicated and organized worker
• Entrepreneurial person and self-motivated team player

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Immerse in online projects as well as corporate development and M&A projects
• Analyze and evaluate industry sectors and specific technologies
• Analyze and evaluate new business models and companies
• Support in the preparation of key documents and presentations throughout the M&A process
• Manage work packages independently
• Assist in generating a corporate development deal flow
• Assist in web activities
