Product / Segment Management
- development of mid-term segment strategy
- continually manage the complete portfolio to increase performance and derive action plans
- build-up and transfer product (technology) expertise – product trainings
- responsibility for central product budget
- product communication: product presentation, provide content for marketing/info material and website
- assessing market potentials by evaluating market and competitor business intelligence information including benchmarking
- development of new product ideas and launch of new products (active participant in the product development hub) incl. business case calculation
- networking: customer events, fairs, industry panels, target group
- lead/pro-actively approach special inquiries to materialize new business opportunities in close cooperation with sales, SID, mill and other business development streams (packaging, converting)
- end-user contacts, sales/back-selling teams of merchants/distribution partners
- brand guidelines and packaging related issues
- brand communication in co-operation with the marketing team
- coordination and support function for the marketing team with regards to trade marketing activities
- analytical mindset and self-driven personality
- ability to handle multiple tasks and excellent problem solving skills

Very good command of German and English; advanced communications skills (both orally and written)
Education:
Business education
Experience:
Work experience in the area of product management or in the paper industry is an advantage
